One path. Start where you are.
Everything starts with a diagnosis, because building the wrong system, or in the wrong order, wastes money. The audit finds the weak spot. The builds fix it. Advisory keeps it healthy.
The systems are the product. AI is how they get built at this speed and this price.

The Full Build
Ninety days. We analyze the systems your business runs on, identify and strengthen the weaker ones.
The audit decides what gets built; the Full Build builds it. Over 90 days we construct the connected systems your business needs most, as one working path instead of a pile of disconnected projects.
AI is how a modern consultant delivers a build of this scope in 90 days. I use AI to do the research, the drafting, the setup, and the organization, working with your unique business context and your unique voice. I direct it, check it, and stand behind every piece of it. What you receive is not a folder of AI output. It is a system, or systems, installed inside your business. It can help catch inquiries you might have missed. It can help follow-up with prospects or do research on a schedule. It allows you to deliver your services the same way every time.
Common builds: a pipeline system (website, lead sources, intake, follow-up, tracking), a delivery system (SOPs, templates, onboarding), or an operations system (AI assistant, dashboard, review rhythm). Every build ends the same way: with a system you own. How much of its machinery you learn is up to you. Some owners treat the 90 days as an education and finish our program being able to run everything themselves. Others want ongoing service and system maintenance so they can stay focused on their craft. Both are clients we welcome.
How the 90 days work:
Days 1 to 30: confirm priorities, gather decisions, design the system
Days 31 to 60: build the working version and put it into real use
Days 61 to 90: refine from real results, document everything, and teach you to run it
What working together feels like:
One 30-minute call each week, plus a written five-line update every Friday
Your time budget: 1 to 2 hours a week; the build is designed around a business that stays open while we work
You finish with your Owner's Manual: everything we built, how to run it, and what to build next, yours forever
Pricing:
Scoped from the audit. Launch engagements typically fall between $5,000 and $7,500, payable in four monthly installments. Your audit fee is credited if you begin within 30 days Audit completion.
After the build, three ways forward.
1. The engagement ends. You own the system, the Owner's Manual explains it, and nothing we built requires me to keep it running. Most consulting is built to make itself permanent. This is built to make itself optional.
2. System Care. You run the business; I tend the machinery. Monthly upkeep on what we built: the AI assistant stays current, the automations keep firing, SEO and AEO stay current and small fixes happen before you notice them. No strategy calls, no homework. From $350 a month.
3. Graduate Advisory. For owners who want a partner watching the numbers with them. Everything in System Care, plus a monthly working call: we review what the dashboard says, adjust what is drifting, and decide what deserves attention next. From $500 to $1,000 per month, scoped to your system requirements.
Nothing to choose today. By the end of a build, the right path is usually obvious
Just starting out? There is a build for you too.
The full program is built for businesses with systems worth rebuilding. If you are in year one, two or three, you may not need all of that yet. The Starter Build is the right-sized version for the beginning: one essential system, built and taught in 30 to 60 days.
And a promise: if the Starter Build is the right fit for you, I will tell you so, even if you came ready to buy the bigger program.
Who We Help
Solo Professionals
Independent experts building visibility, credibility, and better business systems around their own judgment.
Single Owner Businesses
Owner-led companies where the founder is still central to decisions, sales, operations, and delivery.
Small Professional Firms
Small teams built around expertise, trust, referrals, and consistent client acquisition.
Local Service Businesses
Businesses that depend on being found, trusted, and chosen in a defined local market.
AI is in the name. Here is what it actually does.
AI is the method here, not the product. It is why one consultant can build what used to take an agency team: research, drafting, setup, organization, and a memory that holds every detail of your business at once. It works from your context and your voice, and nothing it produces reaches you or your clients unchecked.
It is also a skill you can take with you. Every engagement includes as much AI teaching as you want, from none at all to learning to work with it the way I do. Some owners hire this out the way they hire out bookkeeping. Others pick up the most useful tool of the next decade. The systems work either way.
