I have run my own businesses, and I know what it feels like when everything depends on you. The work, the decisions, the follow-up, the next client. It all lives in your head until the business feels heavier than it should.

Teaching has been part of my life for a long time. I care about people understanding what they are doing, not just receiving a finished thing and a wave goodbye.

I came to AI reluctantly. Then I went deep, and what changed my mind was not the hype. It was watching what AI could do when it had real context, clear direction, and a human owner making the calls.
