Don’t want to go it alone then hire us to facilitate the build. We take what the audit finds and focus our energy on strengthening the systems that are weak. New Business Owners that only need to focus on one system to start will be guided to the Starter Build (one focused system, 30 to 60 days). More Established businesses that need interconnected builds will be guided to the Full Build This typically takes 60-90 days to complete. Your audit fee is credited toward either one.

We build with you, not around you. We use AI anywhere it makes sense. Our relationship concludes with you owning a system you understand and can operate yourself. If you want ongoing guidance after that, our Graduate Advisory program keeps the system running and healthy with minimal involvement on your side.
