For owners at the beginning of their journey
One essential system for your business, built and taught in 30 to 60 days. Most new business owners have one deficient system that is holding them back. This is a right-sized build for a real stage of business.
For the people struggling to find help.
Almost everyone selling business help sells it to established businesses, because that is where the budgets are. The person eight months into their own practice, good at the work and wondering where the clients are, gets advice books and a warm-market lecture.
I started Callison | AI in large part for that person. I came up in financial planning and watched talented people fail, not because they were bad at the work, but because nobody taught them to build the business around it. If that is where you are, you do not need a full systems rebuild. You need the first system, built properly, and the knowledge to run it.
That is what this is.
Starter Build pricing: $2,500, or three-monthly payments of $900. If you started with the Business Systems Audit, that fee is credited within 30 days of Audit completion.
A Build for the New Owner
One of the six systems your business runs on, built completely. Which one depends on where your business actually leaks dollars:
If clients cannot find you, we build or fix the Audience system: your lead sources mapped, a landing page/full website that turns attention into conversations, capture and a welcome sequence, and a weekly rhythm that keeps the faucet on.
If inquiries arrive but fall through the cracks, we build the Conversion system: intake, follow-up that runs on schedule, tracking, and a clear path from first message to signed client.
If you take almost any work and pricing is a guess, we build the Foundation: who you serve, what you sell, how you get paid, and a simple client journey to match.
If everything lives in your head, we build the Delivery system: onboarding, checklists, SOPs, and an AI assistant set up around your business, with you trained to use it.
Marketing is the usual suspect, but it is not the assumption. Plenty of young businesses have a warm market and a real need behind them. Their leak is intake, or delivery, or pricing. The audit or the fit call names yours, and whichever system it is, we build all of it. No segments. No starter-kit version of a system.
Why one system and not several? An established business usually has weak systems leaning on each other, so fixing one exposes the next two. That is what the Full Build is for. At the beginning, one complete system is enough. We fix the real constraint, then let the pressure build. As more work flows through the business, the next weak joint shows itself, and by then you will recognize it, because you watched the first one get built.
We design it together in week one, build it by week four, and then you run it while I watch and coach. You finish with a working system, the habit of using it, and a 30 to 60 day plan for what to do next on your own.
After the build, three ways forward.
1. The engagement ends. You own the system, the Owner's Manual explains it, and nothing we built requires me to keep it running. Most consulting is built to make itself permanent. This is built to make itself optional.
2. System Care. You run the business; I tend the machinery. Monthly upkeep on what we built: the AI assistant stays current, the automations keep firing, SEO and AEO stay current and small fixes happen before you notice them. No strategy calls, no homework. From $350 a month.
3. Graduate Advisory. For owners who want a partner watching the numbers with them. Everything in System Care, plus a monthly working call: we review what the dashboard says, adjust what is drifting, and decide what deserves attention next. From $500 to $1,000 per month, scoped to your system requirements.
Nothing to choose today. By the end of a build, the right path is usually obvious
What this honestly is not
The Starter Build is a smaller scope, not a smaller effort. It is one complete system, not several connected ones. The Full Build exists for businesses whose weak systems lean on each other, where fixing one exposes the next two and they have to be built together. A young business rarely needs that. It needs its one real constraint fixed properly, and room to grow into the next one.
One system also means one system. If the build uncovers a second problem leaning on the first, we finish the first, and the 30 to 60 day plan you leave with names the second. Discipline about scope is part of what you are paying for.
Many Starter Build owners return for a Full Build a year later, when the business has grown into it. Some never need to. Both outcomes are wins.

FAQs
Is this the Full Build at a discount?
1
No. It is one system instead of several, with the same care. Lower price means smaller scope, never lower confidence.
Do I need the audit first?
2
Not always. If the fit call makes the right first system obvious, we can scope the Starter Build directly. When it is less clear, the audit is worth it, and it is credited.
What happens after?
3
You run the system yourself. If you want light support, System Care keeps it healthy from $350 a month. If the business grows into needing more, the Full Build is there.
